Working with Jeremy Learn to sell my condo in Surrey during a sub-optimal market was actually pleasant and satisfying! As a seller, I had my own strategy and was not looking forward to being condescended to/a lot of the **** you can expect with realtors. We were referred by another client of Jeremy and Ron's and decided to try them out. For the commission strategy of "one percent", the service is just right. I didn't want to pay for **** and I still enjoyed a very high quality listing video/photos, straightforward advice and feeling of confidence in my realtor. Better yet, Jeremy is warm, genuine and calm in dealing with anything that comes up. If you are kind of uptight, it may not be a fit, but I valued the ease, realism and relaxed yet competent engagement over my listing and completion process. I think it's a great strategy- One Percent Realty's, generally- and I would work with them again! It seemed we could both get our needs met while respecting each other's mutual time and investment in getting the sale done. Great experience and result overall!!
