Life changing!!! I have been taking FOCUS, DEFEND and WARRIOR for the last 6 months. I discovered how valuable these are to my when life got busy and I neglected to take any for 5 days. I started to feel low in energy, mind fog and my mild depression that I have suffered from for most of my life came back.
