Nevertheless, there are enough eateries (Five Guys, Wok Box, Subway, Papa John's Pizza, Steve's Poke Bar, Kami Sushi) and services for everyone, ranging from CIBC for banking, Great Clips for haircuts, Morgan Heights Dental, Sussex insurance, Club Pilates, and Petland.

Grandview-Corners is made up of 3 specific parts or areas. This is phase 3 with Best Buy as the anchor for this phase. Walmart may or may not be, part of phase 3, but is definitely part of the original Grandview-Corners development. This is confirmed with the Grandview-Corners sign beside the Walmart store. The development map is unclear for Phase 2, but it is believed Home Depot may be Phase 2, because the Morgan Crossing Shops have a distinct boundary between ir and Grandview-Corners. The Grandview-Corners Offices are located near the Home Depot.

The sushi place was awesome! Highly recommend.
