This is a beautiful gallery ! You can even order custom wall murals. They have recently opened a new gallery in Metrotown beside winners, great prices.
Over the past few years I have visited this business and have been impressed with the level of service, attention to detail and genuine desire to help customers meet their budget. After price shopping a couple of times with various shops including the big box shop with a 50% off coupon, I realized that there is no comparison. Excellent prices, excellent quality and impressive service that is bound to please even the biggest critic. Thank you Brenda and I look forward to my next visit!
My oil painting was re-framed by this company. Besides re-framing, they added the gold fillet to make it more elegant and gorgeous! They did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with the look. The staff in both of the two galleries are very friendly and helpful.
I have to say this art gallery has an incredible collection of pictures with a lot of variety, very reasonably priced, and a great staff to work with. Even though I don't need to buy pictures all the time, but I am definitely their big fan. I bought a couple of pictures two or three years ago when they had a store beside Chapters (Indigo) at Metrotown. They came back to Metrotown this Summer. I bought two fairly large pictures this time. The first one (88”x49.5”) I brought directly from the store. We are very happy about it. I ordered the second one (60”x41.5”) by giving them the instruction, but I made a mistake on the size and the style of the frame, and I didn't realize it until we brought the picture home. I was so unsure if the store can help me out since it was my fault. I called Robert (the business owner) and explained my situation to him. After a couple of communications, Robert agreed to fix the issues for me. He is such a decent gentleman! We really appreciate his generosity, and of course the beautiful and unique images, also the good quality of the frames.
For your information, they have just moved to a new location right beside the Chapters (Indigo) at Metrotown. If you are looking to buy pictures, give them a try. You will find something you like there.
