Tena and I arrived at the testing place on time for our appointment. We were told to wait outside, because there was someone else being tested. Probably two or three minutes later we were told to come in. The testing lady was friendly and helpful, performed the test on each of us, and told us to come back in a half hour for printouts. Altogether a pleasant experience.

The nurse was kind, personable and gentle.
Booking online was easy. When I had to call in to re-book my appointment, the person on the other end was very pleasant and efficient. Would absolutely recommend!

We needed a clinic for our Rapid Antigen test, and came across this one through a web search. The Nurse was good - gentle yet thorough with the swab. She also made sure we were getting the test done at the proper time so it wouldn't expire before use. We had our results in about 30 minutes. The prices are very reasonable, and we would use this clinic again if we needed a test for travel.

The operator/nurse was very cordial & gentle with my 8 yr old. Everything got done in 5 min. We got the test results in another 15-20 min via email.

Definitely would recommend for travel & other COVID testing requirements.

Everything went as planned. Booked the Rapid Antigen test within 24 hrs before travel to the US online, showed up for my appointment and immediately went in. The clinic was less than 15min from home. It was quick and painless. To top it all off, it was the best price I could find in the lower mainland Vancouver area. 20min later my results were emailed to me as promised. The staff were very polite and professional. Overall it was a great experience for a not so great requirement.
