Been customers for over 25 years. Have always had friendly caring service. Always enjoy their open house and Dr Gies takes loads of time to share her operating room and lab area with my kids. Loved it.

All the staff at Guildford Animal Hospital are just LOVELY :) Dr Cathy is very compassionate and you can tell she loves what she does! They helped diagnose our dog with diabetes and have helped us manage for the last couple of years with it. Also took very very good care of my cat, and sent her home with a super cute polaroid ❤️ Best vet in surrey, such caring compassionate staff!

People like Dr Cathy need to be recognized for how amazing they are at going above and beyond to ensure the best for your animal (my senior kitty Olivia). She gives you 500% of her time in ensuring you have all the information and does what she can make you feel at ease. I was blown away by the service at this place and will always return.

I can’t begin to express how much this place means to me. My dog Pluto has been a patient for the past 2-3 years ever since he became very ill resulting in developing diabetes. Dr. Cathy and all other staff have helped my family and I learn how to care for Pluto’s diabetes and other medical concerns while always being calm, empathetic, and caring. They go the extra mile every visit to ensure my anxious little guy is well taken care of. Words can’t explain how thankful I am for them! Our family had recently been fortunate to have a new puppy join our family! We were in search of a highly competent and highly knowledgeable veterinarian and I am so happy that we have found Dr. Cathy, Dr. Dave and the entire team at Guildford Animal Hospital. At our first puppy visit, Dr. Cathy and her team immediately and warmly greeted us when we walked in for our first appointment and she was so kind and caring to our puppy. The visit went very well and at the end Dr. Cathy brought out our puppy herself and provided us with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations on how to transition our puppy to our home. She gave us specific recommendations on crate training and behaviour therapy techniques that have been invaluable to us. She was very patient in answering any questions that we had. To our pleasant surprise they also gave us various samples of products and a full bag of dog food also! Dr. Cathy and Dr. Dave are both extremely knowledgeable, caring, and sympathetic veterinarians and I have complete trust in their clinical judgement and care for our puppy. I would highly recommend Guildford Animal Hospital for all of your pet health needs and we look forward to our future visits!
