All people there are nice and professional.
When I went there I had pain and stiffness in the back and neck. I started feeling less pain and less stiffness by the end of first week. And now I fully recovered.
    I strongly recommend this place.

If you need hand therapy than see Trevor Fraser. He is a top-notch therapist; extremely knowledgeable, explains your issue very well to you. Shares his treatment plan with you and answers any and all questions you may have....and his "bed-side manner" is second-to-none. I have seen lots of improvement, over the last few weeks - the reason I switched to a new physio prior to going to healthOne was because I did not progress in weeks. I highly recommend him.

    Hello everyone,

I just had my first visit at this branch. I used to go to the mission branch when I first got hurt. I had a good experience there as well and wanted something closer to home and I also wanted to try working with a different practitioner.

On this visit I had the opportunity to me Jas Dhanoa. He has a bit lighter touch than what I’m used to and let me tell you that I feel awesome. I used to always feel a bit beat up after leaving physio. Personally, I actually like that cloud 9 sensation of getting mangled by my therapist and left to heal afterwards but it leaves me a bit fragile for the rest of my day/week. I’d have to normally book the rest of the day off in order to rest and hydrate and relax and wait about a week or two before scheduling my next visit. Work and working out became a bit of a challenge following my visits and I found myself feeling a bit of stress or anxiety before each physio appointment.

After seeing Jas today I feel a great sense of relief. At no point during my interactions with him did I feel vulnerable or at risk. He also made it a point to stay away from major cracking and focussed a lot more on the muscle strength surrounding my injury. I’ve been going to physio for a while now yet I ended up learning 3 new techniques today and I’m feeling confident that these will continue to help me in my recovery.

I was so excited And felt so good immediately after that I booked my next appointment right away and actually look forward to my next visit. I believe that this new lighter approach will allow me to continue working after the treatment, allow me to go more often to treatment, and will allow me to continue working out in order to strengthen my core and surrounding muscles.

I needed the aggressive touch when I first got hurt. It was incredibly helpful at the time and now it’s time for me to continue with a less abrasive approach. Today’s visit was perfect.

I would recommend Jas and the folks at Health One to my friends and family.

    Thank,

    Ian

Seeing Neil for my ankle sprain, knees and back problems and he has been wonderful. Very kind and helpful. Then I saw Kavitha today for problems with my hands and she listened to me and believed me even though she couldn't see anything during the session. She was very compassionate. Looking forward to seeing her again. The reception is also very kind and friendly and a nice space as well. Thank you!
