I own a little coffee shop on the Sunshine Coast, and when my coffee maker died (and I didn’t have a back up) I rushed to Vancouver on the first ferry boat I could catch. On the way I gave them a call ( they had been recommended by my family ) and it turned out that by the time I made it there (in rush hour traffic) I wasn’t going to be there before closing time. But! The gentlemen I spoke with (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) made it super easy, he took my payment over the phone and gave me a pick up spot where I could meet him. The coffee maker also works great! Definitely recommend and they are the first I call for my food equipment.
