Innovate Health is my go-to. I have been with Innovate Health for about 6 years and my dad attended the Guildford clinic almost 20 years ago for chiropractic and active rehabilitation. Both clinics are well maintained and always clean. Please see Dr. Minhas for your chiropractic needs; she has years of expertise! There is also a great team of RMTs for massage therapy (special shoutout to Amrit and Gavin).

First time I had been to this location and I've had very warm welcome. Gabrielle Kam is phenomenal RMT, passionate about the work she does. I have a shoulder injury and motion of my arm has been improved since my first appointment. I highly recommend Gabrielle if you are looking for professional massage therapist. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been going to Amritpal Singh for about 4 months now. He is truly Godsent with absolute magic in his hands. I had sore feet and he worked on it and my discomfort has so much reduced. I have been to other places in the past where massage therapists who try to make you feel everything is wrong with your body even though you are absolutely fine. He doesn’t do any of that, just does his job quietly and superbly. Another thing I love about him is he is a no-non sense person and don’t try to make unnecessary small conversations during massage. Highly recommend if you are in north surrey area.

I had an appointment with Jasmine Gill at this office, first of all what a beautiful clinic! Jasmine is so thorough and compassionate and really listened to my needs and what I was able to do. I am so grateful that she will be supporting me through my injury. Dr Minhas has amazing staff and does great work herself. I definitely recommend both Guildford and Fleetwood Clinics!

I have been suffering with chronic headaches for a while because of a pinched nerve in my neck. I visited Tyler last week and his method of massage for neck problems was amazing. He was knowledgeable and professional and I will be returning!
