He painstakingly made sure the we got the property that made us happy, with a perfect time of closure as we wanted an early date, and his bargaining skills is second to none.
To cap it all, the suprise gift he pulled off on the moving-in date was exceptional!
I would use him over and over again as well as RECOMMEND him to anyone out there wanting to get a property.
