Ross and his team of staff were fantastic through our whole purchase process. We were looking for a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle and Ross made sure we had one that worked for us… None of the staff were pushy when we came to the lot and it took us three times before we ended up purchasing one.

We ended up three months later, taking the van we bought in to trade-in as the one we got just wasn’t working for our particular needs.

Ross made the whole process easy, and was really reasonable in both the price of his vans and what he gave us on our trade-in of a van we had bought from him previously.

We had a small issue with the second van we bought and Ross looked after it right away… no questions asked & no extra charges.

We recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Alphard Hybrid and are thrilled with our van and the service we received! The buying process was smooth and we felt comfortable the whole time. There was no pressure and Ross answered all of our (many) questions with patience. The felt the price was fair and we love our van.

You will receive auction sheets and lots of paperwork to back up the quality of your vehicle. Our van even has mechanical inspection sheets from Japan in the glovebox.

After buying our van, there were a few small issues that needed looking at. Ross took full responsibility, took the van back and had everything fixed up within 3 days. Considering we purchased a 17 year old vehicle (that looks brand new, mind you) we weren't overly concerned that issues came up. We were however, very impressed with Ross' handling of it.

It’s always a bit scary buying a vehicle. Especially importing it from out of country but I had a great experience with Ros and his team. Ros was able to show me vehicles he had coming in, and I was able to select one that worked best for me. I use my vehicle as a daily driver + weekend camper and it’s been great for my needs.
