Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food is good but the staff seems a little over whelmed. My order was messed up twice in a row. That being said they are super friendly and nice there. I find it hard to even say anything. I gave 3 stars as the food is great the service is okay

This location only recently opened and it's already one of our favorite regular spots to go. Not just because it's much closer to home than the other Popeye locations, but the food is always amazing and the staff are always super friendly. We love it!

Not sure why they chose the relatively closed off community of Fraser Heights to open a Popeyes but hey, I'm not complaining! Delectably greasy chicken burgers, fantastically seasoned cajun fries, uniquely flavoured mashed potatoes and gravy, and of course the chicken itself is great too. Friendly staff so far and fast service. I've been to New Orleans once and beelined to their Popeyes, so I'm really happy to have a Popeyes in the community!

Friendly cashiers, food taste good/fresh for the most part, good prices.

But today was the second time my order missed a chicken sandwich (~$6).

I would appreciate it if they checked the items more thoroughly in large orders, especially when I had to wait > 30 mins for it.

Well I think it is as good as it can be - waited in line for about 20 minutes which wasn’t bad since it opened yesterday. The staff were really friendly and grateful for our wait. The ordering was easy, the prices are pretty good and the food is too. Not sure what else to say - nice to have another good choice in the ‘hood.
