This is a fantastic company! Sam, you care about the clients and treat your staff better than any supervisor I know. The work was completely quickly and the product is great! I look forward to a great summer with the new look in my backyard!

This company was hired by my Strata to redo the retaining walls and fences. As an end unit, my backyard was used to access multiple units around me. This 4-person crew worked like they were 20 people. I was shocked to discover there were only 4 of them. I never saw them take a break. They were extremely hard working; despite the horrible heat. There was minimal disruption given that they had to use my yard to access. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They made sure not to leave materials scattered.
They were polite and respectful. I had been warned by others to move my heavy planters out of the way before they came because they would just destroy them. However, this was not true. They kindly moved everything for me without being asked to. They were receptive to feedback. I was not given any guidance by my Strata, so I really appreciated all they did!
The retaining walls and fences are beautiful! My backyard looks amazing! My yard was on the downslope and I received all the drainage when it rained. My yard is now level and easy to walk around without large sunken areas that were there when I moved in 8 years ago. I can’t say enough; it’s very rare that I would ever post a good review.

We used Premium for vinyl fence and alum block retaining wall installation for a townhouse complex. Sam and his crew were very easy to work with for the entire process. Space in the complex is limited, and we have a roofing project on the go too. Sam and crew worked with us to manage space in the complex and get the job done. Very happy with the work so far and would definitely reach out to Premium Fence again for any other fencing work.

Excellent!! Product is very good. Maybe a additional colour option would be good thing, but it is brilliant. Since installed, everyone who has come by the property for 1 thing or another; has commented on how great it looks.

Install was no fuss and install team was focused and effective.

The entire team at Premium Fence is like a well oiled machine. They worked extremely well together, were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The entire team worked very hard every day they were here.

They completed our project on time with no major issues. As with trades work, there are always small issues that come up. Theses issues were immediately addressed and corrected.
