I have used Proflow in many occasions. Paul is quick to reply, punctual and very professional. His rates are fair. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

Paul just helped us repairing leaking and replaced facuets. One garden faucet and one inside bedroom. He did the jobs pretty fast. The bedroom washroom facuet was quite tight and hard to remove. This facuet had leaking problem and I put some glue and gel around the sink in order to prevent the leaking. So it costed Paul times to remove the gel and old facuet. He didnt complaim and still patient to explain to me. He is good! patient and professional!

we had change a new medium efficiency boiler on Jun. I had called lots of plumers to request the quoto and information. Paul is professional and patient to answer my questions. Also the price was reasonable. Now, the winter time almost there, we start to use the new boiler. Paul has warranty for new boiler, I gave a call regarding the air inside the pipe which made big noises. Paul is sooooo helpful and came immediately to fix this problem! Appreciate! highly recommend Proflow! We will keep in touch with him for the further plumber related things!
