I have so many positive things to say that I don't even know where to start. I knew my project was going to be challenging, an unusual design on an unusual object - a 20-piece cutlery set to be engraved with two quite elaborate Doctor Who images, a wedding gift for a Whovian couple. What I got was nothing short of phenomenal, I was so proud to give it to my friends. Superb customer service from start to finish - Martin was very responsive, happy to help converting the images to a usable format, did exactly what we agreed on, made sure to send me a draft prior to engraving, did all adjustments exactly as I asked AND finished a day early (mind you, I asked to this the week before Christmas). I simply cannot imagine a better experience. Oh, and the pricing was more than reasonable as well. Can't wait for the next project!

I found Proline Marking via a Google search as I urgently needed a plate engraved. The company I had been using for 10 years had changed hands and they weren't able to get the job done in time. Martin and I discussed this over the phone and I learned that he was very close to my location. Martin completed the request that same day and as a result, I have changed my supplier for engraved products to Proline and don't plan to change. Martin is very accommodating and does a very professional job. Two thumbs up...
