My second haircut here since the pandemic since it's 15 minutes by bus from my place - Naila is always amazing !

CHERYL was Amazing...she listened to what I wanted and was everything you want in a hair stylist...right down to color...!!!
I have my New hairstylist and am so relieved...It's so hard to find someone you trust but I found her !!!

I went to the salon to get a balayage and I didn't get what I wanted. I got a brassy brown instead of a chocolate brown, I was dissapointed like every other person who didn't get what they expected. I was manipulated into aggreing with her which I didn't appreciate. I went back 2 days after to get it fixed and I couldn't be any happier, Alketa (not the lady who did it before) went above and beyond to fix the bad hair dye job the other hairstylist did. Alketa revived the confidence that I had in the salon and I highly recommend her. She is very picky and it is what I belive a great trait for a hairstylist. I don't ever write reviews but Alketa derserves it.

Love my hairdresser, but a little shocked at the pricing increase and that I wasn't warned when I made the appointment or prior to the trim.
