I was looking to buy something nice for myself but I was pretty dressed casual since it's my chore/laundry day as usual on my days off. All the other jewelry store staffs were pretty stuffy and snooty towards me or just ignore me and only help other guy customer. This was the only store that greeted me right away with welcome. Jessica is super nice and sweet. She was helpful and answered my questions and showed me some pretty pieces at really good sale prices and I purchased 3. I love it all. Very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you Jessica.

Went there to pick up a gift for my wife and they were closed for lunch. As I waited one of the staff members, Jessica, noticed I was waiting and offered to open back up during her lunch. She helped me to pick out a great gift for my wife and was super friendly the entire time.. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND.
