I can’t say enough good thinks about The Piano Movers! The attention to detail and care with our piano and home was amazing. Everyone was so polite and so kind. During COVID I really appreciated the precautionary measures they took arriving with PPE. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much guys!

I agree with the lack of communication. We booked to move the piano from Surrey to Burnaby a week ago. There was no response to our messages other than the first contact, which gave me worries till the day before that I finally got talking to them.
However, I was very impressed with their attitude and their professionalism. The piano was well protected, wrapped, and moved. I would recommend them to anyone or use them again in the future.

I bought my daughter a small Kawai piano off of craigslist and the service, communication and professionalism from the piano movers was amazing! They wrapped the piano up with saran wrap, blankets and cardboard and the movers were very careful with protecting my floors. Very happy with everything from start to finish.
