Togo Sushi

Restaurant quality food available at thr mall. Good variety of rolls including the "complicated" ones available only at restaurants. The food is made in your presence, and therefore very fresh. I would estimate the prices are 10% higher because of the location, but I believe it's worth it. The only downside, you will have to pay for your green tea.

They also went back to the better batter for the tempura.

Sushi here is wonderful, all the staff are really nice and it's got nice seating. The place looks really good, especially for being in a mall. I would reccomend this place if you love sushi for a good price.

Today I forgot to take a picture of my lunch. I enjoyed the sushi since I haven't eaten at Togo Sushi in probably a year or more. It made me question it when I look over and see the sushi chef smelling the containers of food then moving the fish and items around and looking at me to see if I'm looking then smelling some more. That made me actually stop eating and smell it myself which it smelled fine. But it did make me wonder are they going through their food as fast as we hope they are and are they as fresh as we expect them to be. Since it is raw fish and all!!
