I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to John Aldag and Devan Nagra. I greatly appreciate how responsive everyone in the office was when I inquired about my work permit approval. John is always eager to listen to you and help. He even helped me with the high school admission of my brothers. Moreover, the staff is extremely caring and always ready to help.

I can’t thank you enough for the incredible and excellent service your office have done for me. I had my citizenship application on a pending status for more than a year and 4 month, sent an email to John Aldag my MP on Jan 12th to follow up my application and I received a call back from Kiran Dhaliwal that they are following up with CIC. With less than 3 weeks , i have got the invitation to the oath ceremony!!!! Thank you very much for your support !

I am really thankful to Mr. John Aldag and his team members. I submitted a request for letter of support for my parent's visa process.
I was really impressed with the level of service I was given. The team followed up with me proactively on several occasions and they made sure that I get what I requested for.

Her patience and empathetic attitude made me feel as if a family member is trying to help. I visit to Mr. John Aldag office regarding Immigration purpose. It was the wonderful experience. Ms. Kiran Dhaliwal is extremely helpful and nice. She helped me get PR file's update and processing after it was stuck for two year. The communication was simple and quick and all the information was correct. She contact to Immigration same day and gave us update in 2 hours, because of her help our PR application is in progress now. We will never forget this support we got from Ms. Dhaliwal.
