I’ve visited this office more than 3 times and always a positive and helpful service. 5 star customer service and they really know how to liaise with ICBC for a successful outcome. (November 13, 2018, 3:26 am)We went to see Simi to get Optiom replacement insurance on our vehicles (if you havent heard of this you must ask its a must have imo). Simi was excellent to deal with.
