(July 9, 2020, 9:48 pm)Sales lady was honest, professional and friendly. I like the design of the homes but very few provide any privacy. Also, entering and exiting the complex will be annoying until the connecting road is developed, which could be years away.

The developer has been very professional and provides excellent customer service. They responded very quickly to all the deficiencies I reported and got every issue fixed in a short time despite the pandemic. We have experience with another developer which is completely opposite in customer service so we can say for sure that Platinum Group is truly a great developer.
