Very quick and professional
My smoke/co alarm detector went off this morning. It made loud noise every 30 seconds which was unbearable. I called Active Fire & Safety and got help from Josh the agent. First he gave a quote to replace the unit. Because the noise became more and more annoying and unbearable he then helped and assisted me in removing the alarm and removing the battery by way of FaceTime. How brilliant is that! I must say I was very impressed with Josh. He’s very nice, calm, patient and helpful. His going out of his way to FaceTime me with guidance without even charging me was amazing. What a great experience!
I would recommend Josh to anyone who needs smoke/co alarms installed or replaced. I would give 10 stars if it’s available. Thank you very much Josh! You’re awesome! Active Fire & Safety should be happy and proud of having you working for them.
