It was such a great experience to speak with Jay. He was so helpful and informative. Right tone of voice and the right information with the right resolutiin for my problem . I really wanna thank cineplex cinemas management
( surrey ) from the bottom of my heart. I forgot my wallet in the Audi yesterday while watching KGF chapter 2 . got it back today. All Thanks to the one ( him or her ) who found it and kept if safe. i am so damn happy right now. The two workers on the main ticket counter were really so sweet. Forgot to ask their names. God bless them both. And the one who found my wallet. Lost for words right now.

Clean, good customer service, reasonable prices for snacks. The D box seats are a hit with kids and adults. Online ticket purchasing is no- refundable. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Wasnt too crowded for 7.30pm show.Good experience over all.

Lovely place to catch a movie.
Quite clean, the seats are comfy.
Large screens , great sounds.
Overall a pretty good place to watch a movie.
They've got a tiny arcade right at the entrance to kill some time till your movie starts.
Will visit again to catch another movie sometime soon.

4 stars because it's one of the very few Cineplex theatres that finally have recliner seats that you can reserve while buying your ticket online or at the theatre. They play a lot of South Asian films here and it's really crowded. Like all the time, every day of the week so try to purchase your tickets online in advance to avoid the long lineup at the box office.
