As a girl in her 20s who is not mechanical in the slightest, finding a shop I can trust was super important to me... I'm so glad I found Ed Schram! Glen and Gord have both been super professional on every occasion that I've dealt with them. They did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done in layman's terms and I left feeling comfortable. They are always super accommodating - coordinating after hours drop offs using their key drop box, etc. They were also always concerned with keeping the cost as low as possible for me which I really appreciated as I don't have much extra cash to spend on my car. Super honest guys doing good work at a fair price.

Had some unfortunate events unfold buying a used Volvo. This mechanic shop was a 10/10 in assisting me, and the way in which they conducted business. Great example of a professional and honest independent shop.

Great guys to deal with. We have been handling their auto glass needs for sometime now and I'm really impressed as they know their Volvo's and they run it as a family business. Which in today's your a number in a corporate world is actually quite refreshing, A+
