Last year, we had Graf-X do up some up some decals for our tournament wakeboard/surf boat. We went with the standard 3 inch letters but when they arrived, it looked way to big on our boat - 100% my mistake for assuming 3 inch would look ok. I explained we needed a new set but smaller and wanted to place another order... not only did Heather and Jeff redo the decals for us right away, first they offered to do it at cost, then they did it at no charge and even dropped off the finished product at my house! The new ones look great and were easy to apply. Very nice of them to go above and beyond. Much appreciated!! Will be back if ever in need of other graphic products.
