Definitely one of the most misunderstood financial companies out there. I’ve never seen a company that cares about its clients and employees as much as Greatway Financial. The effort and time they put in to properly train their financial advisors inside and outside of work duties are beyond any other companies I’ve seen. They’re not only offering a friendly and easy working solution environment but also provide weekly professional and personal development training for no additional cost and are open to everyone. Every Tuesday there’ll be an open-office day where they provide free food and financial education to any new guests and visitors who are interested in learning finances, Personal development training to strengthen and develop their advisors and students to become a better educated and ethical individual.

More experienced advisors will often help new advisors and students with their training and study patiently and unconditionally, sometimes rewarding them with small prizes such as gift cards or dinner for small steps of achievement in their journey. Greatway truly makes the healthiest, easiest and friendliest working culture for their advisors.
And it also offers FREE office space across Canada for the convenience of all advisors and rewards its advisors generously with a paid cruise around the world and fun activities and events to bond with all the advisors. The way the company values teamwork and builds relationships between each advisor is unheard of in the industry as far as I’ve experienced. ( I’ve been to 13 different companies through working experience )

For the clients, the company strictly disvalues and punishes corruption. All of the advisors HAVE to pass Professional Work Ethic exams Before starting serving clients under the company and were strictly trained to put clients' benefits above their own good at ALL TIME. Never recommend plans that the clients can’t afford; Never offer strategies that benefit the advisors themselves instead of their clients; Never persuade clients to purchase unnecessary policies in order to gain commission..etc. If any corruption is found or reported the advisors are putting their professional careers and working licenses at Permanent risk and might be taken to court.
