The classes were very informative .She calmed all my fears and anxities related to childbirth .This doesnot ends here she still there even postpartum and answers my queries wheter its regarding my newborn . Joyous Prenatal preparation is a very wonderful and knowledgeable program. Gurjeet is a very calm, caring and friendly person. She has answered all my questions with complete information. Before taking her session, I was very scared when I think about my delivery period as I have heard horrifying stories from my friends about labor and delivery. After her classes, I felt very confident and relaxed. I am doing all the relaxation techniques that are very helpful. I got the class during my 34 week, I felt that I should come to her before to release all the tensions and fears so I highly recommend her class at the start of 3 rd trimester.

Gurjeet offers so much more than a class. She pours her heart into everything she does and she will treat you like family. You can’t help but feel at ease in her presence and I am so thankful that she has chosen to share her wealth of knowledge with others. She will take you through the entire process that your body will go through, calming any of your fears along her way. You will learn effective breathing techniques to cope with contractions, manifestation and visualization exercises to help you psychologically and methods to ease symptoms. Gurjeet has a profound passion for helping make this beautiful time in your life as positive as it can be. She is an absolute gift.
