The experience working with everyone at Public Storage was professional and friendly. The first time I called with my inquiry, I was told that the size of unit and the location I preferred was not available. The gentleman that I originally spoke with (I believe his name was Carlos but not certain) was super kind, we had a chat and he took my info. He told me that if something came up, he would let me know……and he did!!!
I contacted the King George (&72nd) location and spoke with a super wonderful women by the name of Donna. She was awesome every step of the way! Explained to me clearly what I needed to do. I was moving long distance, I am having a family member meet my movers and I will follow down a week later. She reassured me that she was available at any point I needed her assistance. It was a pleasure to work with Donna and Carlos(?). I am confident with my choice to cancel the unit I had reserved at another facility. Good job every one!

I had originally anticipated having my unit for the 1st of June, but realized that I needed it sooner after all the paperwork was done. These guys went out of their way to find a way with their DM's and other Managers to help me with my move and got me in 2 days later! The transition was so smooth and little to no time was wasted.

The lot is clean and the building where my unit is, is SO clean and tidy! They are constantly taking the time to check for nails and other debris that would damage vehicles. They walked me through step by step and made sure I had all that I needed for my storage. I would highly recommend using these guys for storage!

I have had many Public Storage lockers over the years and this storage is the best I have had. Why? Because the managers here are very pleasant and accommodating and the site is clean and well managed. I have had to make some changes in the duration to my agreement and even change locker sizes. Donna and husband have been excellent to work with and I highly recommend this location.

I had nothing but great experiences dealing with this location. All the staff are extremely helpful, very friendly, and accommodating by helping me out with what I needed, even the last minute changes I threw at them. Good location and I felt safe storing my belongings there. I would absolutely recommend them!

I love this location. Its not the first time I've used them for storage. I always go back to them when I'm in need of a unit. Very helpful and friendly employees that always make conversation and they don't make you feel like you're just another customer. I didn't even need to ask them to help me bring some boxes to my car, they were already on it which I really appreciated. Very clean and well maintained property, I've never had any issues. Good rates as well. I would highly recommend.
