Surdell Kennedy Taxi Ltd.

We had an early morning flight on a very cold day and were very concerned about getting to the airport (having heard stories of cab drivers not showing up on time or not showing up at all). I booked my ride with Surdell Taxi 2-3days prior and I am so happy with the experience. They asked all the right questions when booking the taxi so there were no last minute surprises or issues. The driver (Baldev) reached 5 min prior to scheduled time, allowed us enough time to load our luggage, get children comfortable and then drove us safe to the airport. I find the fare to be cheaper than Uber.

I recommend Surdell Taxi for reliability and great service.

So far I’ve had good experiences with Surdell Taxi, only one incident, but it was only a comment from a driver who I’m guessing was just having a off day (doesn’t make it right but we’re all human so Im trying not to judge)

so I’m not going to discredit the company based on one unwarranted comment by a driver.

So I give them 4/5 stars for quickness and generally over all kindness and respect from the drivers and dispatchers.
the drivers I get are always nice and fun to chat with during the ride, I’ve had some very caring drivers take me home late at night after work. I appreciate them for the job they’re doing.
