Oxford Learning Ocean Park

I am delighted to write this review for the Oxford Learning Center. In my opinion, this is “the destination” for those who need tutoring at any level of elementary school, high school or as a university freshman. Joy Robertson is the Center Director at the Ocean Park branch. She has also been directly involved with my son’s grade 12 math tutoring. We are absolutely thankful to have her in his academic life. She is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. She truly cares about her students’ learning and wants them to absolutely succeed. She is open to conversations with the parents and provides detailed updates and feedbacks on her students’ progress. I would definitely recommend this tutoring center to anyone who is passionate to learn and get excellent grades. Thank you very much Oxford Learning Ocean Park Center.

We are so happy with the Oxford Learning Ocean Park team. Joy and Coral are great at keeping the communication lines open. I really appreciate how they take the time to get to know my daughter which speaks to how they are able to tailor the program based on each child's ability so that the learning is effective and meaningful.

My son started at Oxford Learning at the beginning of a gruelling grade 12 quarter, consisting of Calculus and Physics. Joy and her team were so amazing! They not only tutor, they really teach your child how to self-learn. My son finished the quarter strong and got into the University of his choice! I highly recommend Oxford Learning, and I will definitely be sending my other two kids there.

Over the years we have used private tutoring services and tutoring centres in hopes of finding a service that delivers on their claims. Finally, we found that with The Ocean Park Oxford Learning Centre. Rather that telling us what our son can’t do and what he wasn’t doing, we were told what he was capable of and they helped him work towards achieving his goals.
There has never been a time when our son has come home with a smile on his face after a tutoring session, until he started working with his teachers at Oxford learning. With their encouragement, patience and first-rate teaching methods our son has gained confidence in his math & physics abilities. He no longer procrastinates, is diligent in his studies and is on track in achieving his goals.

I am so thankful for Joy and Coral and the rest of the teachers at Oxford Learning. My children have been learning with them for 5 months now and I have noticed a tremendous difference in my younger daughter's reading ability, not to mention, both of my children's school teachers have mentioned the progress they have seen with each of them in the classroom. My children love going to their classes and learning has become so much fun for them. We will continue attending Oxford Learning because the benefits are huge.

The management and staff are so kind and professional and really care about making a difference. Every time I pick up my children the teachers will update me on what they worked on and how my children is doing.
