Performance Integrated Health provides excellent practitioners in a convenient location. The pleasant office staff can coordinate booking over the phone or you can easily schedule appointments with their online system. I sought out physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment for soft tissue injuries. Matt Redekopp (physiotherapist) and Dr Ryan Flatt (chiropractic) were both very knowledgeable and professional. Each treatment included an assessment with progressive exercises, hands on treatment and positive results. The practitioners work together to meet your recovery needs and provide exercises, strength training, and stretches to enhance your recovery in a timely manner. I highly recommend Performance Integrated Health.

I've been seeing Matt for my physiotherapy needs for a number of years now. Since the very beginning he has helped me tremendously with a number of different injuries. Matt is very knowledgeable and has continuously done an amazing job of helping me during my appointments as well as giving me exercises to work on while at home. ***Ask for Matt!*** Amazing experience. I came here in January/February 2020. I met with physiotherapist, Matt Redekopp, and seriously, he is one of the best medical professionals I have ever seen! He immediately met me with care and deep insight. I had injured my knee and Matt was so knowledgeable when it came to explaining to me exactly what had happened, the exercises I should be doing, and he was completely unafraid to touch my knee and show me exactly how to perform the movements -- some physiotherapists seem to be afraid of touch. I definitely came back and, again, he showed immediate care and wanted the best for me. I can't say enough about Matt and what he does. Great clinic and definitely request him!

Matt is an amazing physiotherapist. My husband and I have been seeing him for a few years now. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything, and most important... he helps our bodies recover from injury! He is hands down the best physiotherapist either of us have ever had, and we have tried a few.
