Knowlegeable helpful and friendly. Especially female staff. Occasionally certain male staff can be on the grouchy side and express a reluctance to go the extra mile on behalf of a client. Occasionally document renewal appears to be done by rote with no suggestions being made on reducing costs or adding value such as to house insurance.
