January 24, 2020 - another successful purchase with very pleasant staff at this shop, which was very busy today. Remains my go-to place for winter boots - have purchased 3 or 4 pair here over the last few years. I have narrow feet so typically have difficulty finding shoes & boots but SoftMoc seems to offer a wide range of fit which work well for everyone. Today I called to make sure the store had the style I had found online: Columbia MINX SLIP III black slip on waterproof boots. I've been wearing this style for several years, wear them all the time, easy on, easy off, great lining, and very comfortable, but I'm wearing them out so time to replace. Nazneet was very helpful over the phone and in person. Within the hour I had purchased the new pair. Came home, and bought another pair on line just for insurance which will be delivered to the shop - and give me an opportunity to browse.

This is an outlet store with some decent prices although shoes at clearance prices (after a few visits) for the end of a season, don't seem to exist. I am not sure why shoes get sent back to the warehouse and not liquidated. Maybe this is just another store and prehaps not an outlet shore. I am just saying ...
