Anyway, as a tradesman myself and DIY kind of guy, I spent the evening trying to research how to replace it, only to determine that given the hazards I should call in a pro. So I called him at 8 am, he was there at 8:40 and had it fixed by 9:30. Friendly dude, he even addressed an issue with the rails and serviced the door. Very fair pricing and gave some great advice. Will 100% recommend and call again if ever required. Thanks Bal!
