Fantastic and knowledgeable team!

I have been a Resident Manager for 15 years in the same Strata and I must be honest that Apex Security has far and above exceeded our needs. I have have been pleased to work closely with Oliver and other technicians on his team. Oliver is very knowledgeable and is not afraid of a challenge. He has twice resurrected our Keyscan system and most recently our Enterphone from being basically dead in the water. Our Strata knew about the need to upgrade our Keyscan system and Oliver was excellent in providing a great recommendation and at a reasonable cost. We have successfully made the upgrade with his teams help including a new HD camera security package.

While some equipment at times fails and needs to be replaced Oliver most recently showed that he again does not back down to a challenge. While the manufacture told us/him that the intercom board needed to be sent out for repair. Oliver wanted to try to manually reset the board. To our surprise it worked and we did not experience a lengthy down time. Even if the board needed to be sent away we really appreciated that Oliver (Apex) even attempted this repair. Each time we have had to call upon Apex for help, they have jumped to help us ASAP, mostly even that same day. While working out solutions our building has always been left secure and we have full confidence that Apex will follow up with clear, reasonable options. I do not hesitate to recommend them for any security, intercom, and security camera needs and more.
