(November 30, 2022, 7:09 pm)The building is really close to the SkyTrain and it has a lot convenient businesses around such a SuperMarket, restaurants, bank and a drugstore. Besides, you can find affordable units. The amenities are not great and there is a lot of stolen mail.
(February 16, 2022, 2:38 am)Good location right in front of the skytrain with tons close by. Cafe, sushi, pizza, corner store and a barbershop all downstairs, with a small grocery (a bit expensive) just a few minutes walk away. Being close to the skytrain and king George makes for a lot of road noise. The skytrain you get used to, the road noise not so much. It is a bit of a rough area but I generally feel safe. No concierge so packages are left in the open mail area, so recommend getting your packages delivered to a post office or pick-up location as there is a good chance it may be stolen (there is a camera overlooking the mail area, but it still happens unfortunately). New property management now and things are somewhat improving steadily.
