PuraPlace Cleaning Services

I have mixed feelings on them, and in the end after ~6 months of service have decided to move on to another company. Their pricing system isn’t very good - you pay based on the size of your house regardless of how much they clean. So we’re paying for a very expensive 3 bedroom house clean even though we only have the cleaner do the kitchen and living room. 2 rooms but were charged every cleaning 180$ for a 3 bedroom house no matter what.. I also don’t like how much product we need to prepare for the cleaner, we even have to supply our own trash bags and standard supplies, they seem to only bring towels and a vaccum/mop. overall for the price we pay, we can find better service elsewhere that gets things done more efficiently without draining our products as much. They seem to have a very high turn around rate, at the beginning we had 2 cleaners coming and after a month it was only 1 because the other employee walked out. Since then we’ve been paying the same price for service that takes 2x as long because there’s only 1 person.

After ~6 months of bi-weekly service were cancelling today permanently. I’d recommend them for single use, but not as a regular cleaning service.
