Sprite Computers

I've only ever had a great experience with Sprite, especially their in house computer technician Rory. He has gone above and beyond in helping me with all my computer problems, recommending upgrades and configurations, teaching computer best practices, and taking time out of his schedule to work with me and my problems. My experience has been positive and I will definitely go back to them for any future problems.

Service industries MUST supply service and Sprite Computers is #1 in the service department. In addition to having access to all of the latest technology they're service department offers fast repairs. Forget the BIG BOX stores, shop local, same pricing exceptional service.

Absolutely quality service that I received from Mike, Rory, and the rest of the gang. Open to any and all questions, and willing to do research when the approach isn't the correct one. Even called in on their day off to figure out a simple problem.

This place is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend not going anywhere else. I met Rory, and discussed a budget gaming PC build immediately, he spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me. After, he sent me a parts list, which I ran by my nerdy gamer friends who all said I was getting a good deal, and wouldn't have issues. Rory scheduled me for 9 AM on a Monday. When I arrived, all of the parts were in their boxes, brand new, ready to build. Rory spent 2.5 hours not only building the PC, but also coaching me on absolutely every part, how to install it, how not to install it, mistakes people make, and explained why he does what he does.

Not only did I get a gaming PC built around my budget, I felt like I was a part of a family here, being coached, and taught while he did his job. He spent lots of time with me, answered my questions. After it was built, we started it up, and Rory went through a customized setup which suited my needs perfectly. There was no extra programs installed. Default features with Windows I wouldn't even know about were disabled.

Long story short, I'm at home with a brand new custom built gaming computer I am 100% satisfied with. I got customer serviced better than anywhere I have ever been, and I am 100% satisfied with it. If you want to be 100% satisfied with your computer needs, SPRITE is a place you absolutely MUST visit.

I can't say anything negative of this place. Simply put, I was attempting to build a Gaming PC for the first time, and RORY was amazing. He was able to help me build it from scratch, and AFTER I was having some issues with putting things together, I brought it back to him, and he FIXED and SHOWED me my errors so I actually learned what I did incorrectly!!!! He's very well knowledgeable, so I'd recommend this store for anyone who's interested in computers or doesn't know where to start! I would rate him beyond 5/5 stars. (he's very friendly and actually explains relevant information)
