We used the team at XMT Construction for a deck construction, they were excellent to work with. Adam provided a timely quote, referred me to another industry professional to assist with my other needs. When it came time to build my custom deck Jason and Martin accommodated our dates and finished the project in a quick time frame. We are very impressed with the finished project and the professionalism presented. Would definitely work with them again!

We reached out to many contractors, at a time where finding business’ to do smaller jobs can be very challenging. Our project was related to outdoor decking. Starting with Adam, our experience with XMT was superb. Adam contacted us quickly after submitting a request on their website and came to meet us and see our project soon after. Adam was professional, polite and honest about our project and budget and just overall good to talk with. Past consultation, communication with Adam was 10/10. When the project started, the workers themselves were great, our neighbourhood is still under construction, so I see how sites are managed alot right now…. His team were not only were friendly, professional and self sufficient, they treated our home with respect and worked in one of the most tidy sites I’ve seen, every day they cleaned and organized at the end. Our project is 75% complete now, just awaiting a final step, and the look and quality right now are exactly what I envisioned and discussed with Adam, and below the budget we initially discussed. Thank you to Adam and his team. If I have future exterior projects, XMT has our business.

Adam and his team were extremely professional and the fin results exceeded my expectations. They installed new flooring on our main level, remodeled our kitchen and resurfaced our fireplace. I highly recommend XMT for any Remodel or renovation you are wanting to do. I have worked with other contractors in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had.

We have used XMT Construction for a few projects. We started with a patio and a deck, and because we were very happy with the craftsmanship and skills we asked them to build a driveway and two retaining walls, with lighting. Our son also asked them to redo their driveway, and was also happy about their work. The whole process was smooth for all these projects, with Adam taking care of all aspects, adjusting things if asked, and giving us excellent ideas. All projects were finished on time.
