From my initial inquiry through to driving home in my "new" Land Rover LR 2, the service was exceptional. Shpend was knowledgeable about the vehicle and informative, even taking the time to setup the blue-tooth phone connection for me and point out all the additional features. The vehicle was presented in meticulous condition, both inside and out and the previous repair bill was readily available for my review and record keeping.
Shpend took the time to answer my questions and provide an appropriate test drive on both highway and city roads.
To make it even easier, he provided a mobile agent to complete the insurance paperwork on site, saving me a great deal of time.
