Seaside by Mosaic

Great show homes and professional staff. Townhomes are bright, with big windows, have plenty of amenities. Only con: strata and prices are a bit on higher side. Also, note this is lease hold land (first nations). But if you can afford it, I think it's totally worth it.

Looks like a great new development. In a professional capacity I have been inside several different townhouses with differing layouts. I would buy there if I was in the market.
