Full disclosure: I was introduced to Felix by a mutual friend years ago when my wife and I lived in Vancouver, and we became good friends. Our family moved to Ottawa 7 years ago to grow from 3 to 5 people and recently decided to move back to Vancouver.

Choosing a real estate agent isn't easy; choosing wrong can cost you a lot of money and trouble. I was unsure about working with a friend; thankfully, working with Felix was a fantastic experience.

We had a one-week trip to North Vancouver arranged to look at places in March; we weren't committed to purchasing that week, but it would give us a good feel of the market, and we wanted Felix to get a good understanding of our requirements. Purchasing via viewing online photos and a video tour with Felix was a potential reality. Indeed we viewed several homes via this method.

The final home we purchased was the first property we viewed on our trip. We toured many, many more. Felix's understanding of the market and area was indispensable, and we relied heavily on his advice.

I found Felix extremely accomodating; he listened attentively to our thoughts on what works for us and what doesn't. The whole process was very much a team effort.

Felix is a snappy dresser, and he stands out, particularly among other male agents in this regard. The air of professionalism is immediately present when touring a property with him.

I found him to be very courteous with all other real estate agents yet fully capable of putting them in their place if they were trying to pull the wool over our eyes (yes, this happened).

That professionalism at a personal level with other agents worked to our advantage; when negotiating, he could be direct and firm without confrontation.

When we finally put an offer on that was accepted, that was only the beginning portion of Felix's work. He guided us and double-checked all the legal paperwork related to the home's current and past condition. Organized and attended on our behalf a home inspection and renovation experts review.

Did all this happen because I am a friend of Felix? No, because he truly is "Distinguished by Sincerity," and anyone who becomes Felix's client will undoubtedly be looked after like a friend.

Felix helped my wife and I find the perfect place, in the same neighborhood as our first property.

He is a great communicator and is very organized, he listened to us and our numerous needs. He gave us THE best advice, and connected us with helpful resources throughout our purchase journey. When you're buying a property there is a lot to consider, and it was good to have someone who was looking out for our needs.

Walso found him to be knowledgeable when it comes to everything real estate related including processes, fees, timelines, and more.

We changed what we were initially looking for in our search, and he was patient with us through our journey. He never pressured us to make an impulse decision, which was important to us.

Thanks to Felix, purchasing our new home was easy and stress-free. We couldn't be happier!

Felix is an excellent realtor to work with. He is able to meet you at your convenience and will not hesitate to answer any questions you have or explain anything you are unsure of. He is also very friendly, sociable and easy to get along with.

Throughout my experience working with Felix, all of his actions only increased my confidence in working with him. Buying/selling a home may not look very difficult on the surface and it seems very straightforward but there are quite a lot of nuances that come into play at various steps of the process if you want to come out feeling confident about your purchase/sale. Felix is very knowledgeable and skilled; he helped us navigate this process while keeping an eye out for opportunities and dangers.

I do not hesitate in recommending Felix and at the least, I advise you to meet with him to see for yourself whether you would want to work with him or not.

As a first time buyer, Felix's help and support was outstanding, he exceeded my expectations and made the process look so easy!

He walked me trough the whole process and introduced me to key people along the way (broker, inspector, etc. who were all great professionals as well). He took the time to understand what I was looking for, always respected my choices, sent me great recommendations (filtering things he knew I wouldn't like), and was always flexible to work around my schedule: I was never disappointed by any of the places we visited. Felix was very friendly, professional, very fast to provide me with accurate information, making it easier for me to make crucial decisions throughout the process. Felix always had my best interests at heart!

Felix was able to work under very unusual conditions: where me the buyer was living across the country, and where the sellers were living abroad. He was very patient with all of us, and made personal sacrifices to work around the time difference (working at odd hours).

I would definitely work with Felix again for my real estate needs and will highly recommend his services to friends and family.
