Nate was a pleasure to work with. I contacted him and he was able to fit us in the following day to find a water leak in our house. He was very thorough and communicated his entire thought processes as he performed the inspection. In the end, he saved us a significant amount of money and I sensed that was his sincere intent. I will definitely be working with Nate in the future!

Nate responded promptly for the request for help with a problem. He was organised and quick in his assessment. His communication was good and honest, especially when he could not solve the problem on the spot. He proposed a solution, a time and a budget, which I accepted. He followed through on all of those as agreed. Nate worked independently and communicated well throughout. His price was fair and the work was good quality. I will ask for his service again.

Highly recommended! Our family woke up with no hot water. Nate from Platinum Ridge Plumbing came out that morning to complete the necessary repairs. Unfortunately the hot water tank required replacement and I was worried that we would have no hot water for a few days. Well, no issue, he was able to pick up a new one and have it installed only a few hours later. Great service. The installation and assorted piping and fittings looks clean and professional, much better than the myriad of pipes before. Highly recommend that you contact them first for all your plumbing needs!
