I recently injured my lower back and was experiencing a lot of pain. I had a virtual session with Sarah and she was able to easily walk me through a self diagnosis. She gave me simple home exercises that targeted the issue and I felt immediate relief. I've never had a virtual physio appointment before and found it very easy, efficient, and effective. I had one follow up, and my pain has been brought down from an 8 to a 2. I would highly recommend Sarah as a physio, and virtual sessions!

Stuart is an excellent physiotherapist to work with, and goes the extra mile to help me understand my body and the issues occurring in it. Giorgio is also very knowledgeable and welcoming. He provided me with amazing osteopathic treatments that gave me immediate relief from pain I was experiencing in my lower back. I am very appreciative of all the care they put into helping me get back to normal!

She obviously loves helping bodies be healthy and happy. I was impressed by her textbook knowledge but it was her intuitive sense of what my body needed that put me at total ease. I know I'm in good hands with her and I look forward to future visits.

Stuart keeps me dancing. I've been working with him for almost a decade and he's always treated me with an unparalleled kindness, respect and generosity. Stuart values providing his clients with studied insight into the conditions of their particular injury. He goes above and beyond to ensure that you understand what you are experiencing and how best to improve the situation or at very least how to work through it, in the safest possible manor. I trust his knowledge completely. I feel that my body is unquestionably safe in his treatment methods. I have had his support through a series of injuries that may have been career ending without proper guidance and education. I couldn't be more grateful.
