Ashleigh Low Physiotherapy

Ms. Low is a physiotherapist who is willing to spend the time to really sort out what's the root of the pain or problem! I am proud to push my body as a masters athlete weightlifter and so I end up with some aches and pains. Ashleigh got me fixed up for a Worlds competition and I felt better and stronger than ever. I also love the ART - (active release techniques) that she does - it gets me moving better and out of pain quickly! And a bonus was the adductor strengthening that she had me doing for my knee pain actually also helped my SI hip and low back pain. Once I am a massage therapist (currently in school) I will happily refer people to her. Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and kind, and made me feel very comfortable. She has been a huge part of my own understanding of the injury, and of my successful healing process.
