Downtown Florist

I stop in here occasionally to pick up a cheeky plant when I have some spare time on my hand. I always tell the staff it’s for my partner in the hopes they won’t think I’m a crazy cactus guy…

..I don’t they they believe it, but they are awfully nice about it!

While waiting for my husband to pay for our flowers, my toddler was upset because I wouldn’t let him pull off some flowers from the display and began to throw a tantrum. After cashing my husband out, the lady working came outside and gave us a cookie for our son. So lovely and compassionate, put a smile on all of our faces. Great selection of flowers and fantastic customer service - highly recommend!

Anne at downtown florist is always super helpful and their flowers are always fresh. All of the bouquets that I’ve had sent as gifts have been beautiful. The one time I had a problem with flowers wilting early, Anne replaced the flowers and made it right with no fuss. Highly recommend!

Honestly the best experience I have ever had when it comes to having an issue. The owner/manager handled my constructive feedback very well and didn't argue with me. Much respect for this business.
