Today was my first time at the clinic and even though there was a mix up with my appointment, the staff, including Dr. Wu, were very attentive and accommodating to fit me in, I was very impressed. Once I was able to see Dr. Wu, he is very pleasant and listened intently to my skin concerns.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting Rejuvenation today for a dermatology appointment with Dr. Wu. From the time we stepped in the door, the Rejuvenation team and especially Dr. Wu’s assistant Nessa happily helped us through the simple process, while guiding us through the beautiful clinic and explaining in detail what happens in our appointment. Our visit with Dr. Wu was very helpful and extremely informative with no questions left unanswered. A special thanks to Dr. Wu and Nessa for the extra time and care they gave my daughter in making her feel comfortable and welcome and most importantly solving the problem right away!

Amazing experience & service! Having visited nearly a dozen dermatology clinics in Vancouver, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked into Rejuvenation Dermatology. The front desk staff were very welcoming & courteous. When the nurse Gagan called me into my room, she was very informative & professional. Dr. Wat came in shortly after & was lovely to deal with. You could tell that she truly cared about me & my issues. She was concerned, but made it a very positive environment for me to feel comfortable & in safe hands. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! The ladies were bubbly & funny. Beautiful clinic. Great experience from start to finish. 👍

I would highly recommend Dr. Douglas Wu from Rejuvenation Dermatology Coal harbour for your dermatological needs. Most of my life I have had good skin but after almost a years worth of dermatitis reactions my skin was in a sorry state. On a whim I booked a consult at this newly opened clinic to see if I could correct the residual pigmentation, redness and texture/scarring that stubbornly would not go away. I could not be more happy that I did! Dr Wu has to be the best doctor I have ever met. His consultation process is extremely thorough and he customizes a treatment plan to meet your specific needs. I just had my first treatment on Friday where Dr. Wu personally did the treatment and utilized a combination of lasers to target each of my issues. He made the experience easy and as comfortable as it possibly could be! He gave me his email in case I had any concerns over the weekend and even called on Sunday to see how my recovery was going. It is now Wednesday and skin is back to normal but so much better. I already have a very noticeable decrease in pigment and texture. The results will only get better as the months go on so I am excited to watch my skin improve further. When it comes to laser treatment it is really important that you have a skilled operator and you will definitely be in great hands with Dr. Wu.
