The service is as fast as any post office can be especially when the person in front of you is shipping many things. The customer service is actually pretty good here, not 5 star but not as bad as other reviews make it out to sound.

(February 9, 2020, 5:58 pm)One of the best Canda Post stores in Downtown Vancouver. At this location you will always find the best customer service, friendly and highly knowledgeable employees. If you can then try to walk there and sort out all of your questions, don't phone them, no CP location in Vancouver answer their phone. It is easy to understand why, it is always busy at all Canada Post locations in the lower mainland. If you follow the guidelines then this shop may be your favorite destination for all shipping and mail supply. Thank you to all Canada Post employees that work at the Robson Post Office.
