Good place!

Clean and modern building and facilities.

They have a room that non profit can rent for free (they have to allow it a few times per year as they are part of a funded government program from what I understood).

I like to see the journalists and TV technicians work when I pass by there.

I was disappointed in CBC coverage of the Olympics. They went out of their way to report on all the short comings and problems of Rio from renting an airplane to cover the raw sewage (which Victoria BC has) to the crime and line ups and security. We gave Brazil alot of bad press.
The USA coverage showed the beauty of Rio from kite flying to crafts etc. They created a great positive coverage of the city.
We were a guest of Brazil and to continually complain and put down the host is very bad manners and not very gracious. This is one of the few times I'm embarrassed by the CBC
